We worked with Sam to purchase a house and he was right there with us every step of the way. Sam was able to offer us the best deal for a loan, and he only got better from there. From timely communication when documents were needed to periodic updates to let us know when steps had been completed, Sam made the loan the least stressful part of the home buying process. Would gladly do business with Sam again in the future.

It got done but it wasn't easy. My calls and questions were not really ever answered and the loan processor was a bit of an airhead. Constantly requested things over and over. Sam is very busy with other tasks to deal with you much after he app. process.

We worked with Sam from out of state to buy our home using a VA loan; not only was Sam super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he even realized that our VA entitlement from a previous mortgage had not been restored despite our having sold the house, and he handled getting that sorted out for us with zero issues. They were even well set up to process and work with a VA loan and knew what to expect in terms of timelines and paperwork. Even after the house was bought they send monthly reports on the estimated value of the house and how the housing market is doing in my area.
